To add money to your xCube account using a bank transfer, follow these easy steps:
1. Open the xCube app and go to the "Account" section at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap on "Deposit."
3. Select "Bank Transfer" as your deposit method.
4. Copy the xCube account details provided.
5. Log into your bank's online portal or visit your nearest branch.
6. Transfer the desired amount to the xCube account, making sure to include your xCube customer ID in the remarks section.
7. Once the transfer is complete, go back to the xCube app, and tap "Submit Request" to notify us of the transferred amount.
That's it! Your funds will be added to your xCube account shortly after we receive your request
