How do I request portfolio summary or a cash statement? Are there any fees?

To request an account statement:

Tap the three dots on the bottom right corner.
1. Select statements.
2. Choose between transactions or portfolio depending on what you would like to request.
3. Customize the date.
4. Generate statement.

If you need custom date ranges for cash transactions, please send your request to support@xCube.ae and we will contact you for further details.

There are no fees associated with downloading your account statement.
